Professional services

Descriptions of services on the Site are for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and legal terms are defined only in mutually executed agreements such as proposals, master services agreements, or statements of work.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design — are owned by Korvatic, LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for limited personal or internal business use.

Client-owned deliverables and licensing terms for project work are addressed in separate client agreements, not these Terms.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KORVATIC, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW.
