Child Safety Standards

Spark: Where Pakistan Connects has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, and any behavior that endangers minors.

1. Age Restriction

Spark is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. Accounts suspected to belong to underage users are restricted and removed after review.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

We prohibit, remove, and report where required by law:

• Any CSAM or sexualized content involving minors.
• Grooming, sextortion, exploitation, or predatory behavior.
• Solicitation of minors, trafficking, or abuse facilitation.
• Attempts to evade safety systems or moderation.

3. Detection, Moderation, and Enforcement

• We review user reports and moderation signals continuously.
• Violating accounts may be removed immediately and permanently banned.
• We preserve and disclose relevant information to law enforcement where legally required.

5. Cooperation With Authorities
